Yes — the Free plan is genuinely free with no credit card required. You get unlimited quotes and invoices, PDF exports, customer management, and a cost catalog. No hidden limits, no expiry date.

Never. Your margin data lives inside the Internal Workshop, which is completely hidden from customer-facing PDFs and links. Clients only see the line items and prices you choose to show them.

Absolutely. You can cancel Pro at any time from your settings. There's no lock-in contract. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop back to the Free plan. We don't refund a billing period you're already in.

QuoTrak is built for all trade contractors — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, landscaping, general contracting, cleaning, and more. If you quote jobs and invoice customers, it works for you.

On Pro, connect Stripe and your invoices can include a secure payment link. Your client clicks it and pays by card or Apple Pay. The invoice marks itself paid and QuoTrak emails you to say the money came in. Stripe handles the payment itself.

Yes — Pro includes full import and export support. You can bring in your existing customer list and product catalog to get set up quickly, and export your data any time you need it.

Your own logo, brand color and a custom PDF footer are part of Pro, and included during your 7-day trial, so clients see your business on every quote and invoice. Free PDFs use the standard QuoTrak logo, color and footer, with your company details.

QuoTrak runs in any modern browser, including Safari and Chrome on iOS and Android. You can create quotes, send invoices, and manage customers from your phone or tablet on the job site — no app download required.

Yes. On Pro, Settings → Team lets you invite field workers at no extra cost: there are no per-user fees. They sign in to the Field section of QuoTrak to log their time, take jobsite photos and use the field tools on your projects. They don't see your quotes, invoices, prices or customers; the office side stays with you.

QuoTrak does not charge an additional platform fee on payments. Standard card-processing fees apply through our payment partner, Stripe — typically around 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. You keep the rest.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with automated backups of your quotes, invoices and customer records.

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel Pro, your account moves to the Free plan and your quotes, invoices and customers stay where they are, so you can upgrade again without losing anything. To remove it all, delete your account in Settings.
