Monthly billing is $15 USD/mo charged each month. Annual billing is $12 USD/mo charged once per year ($144 upfront) — saving you 20%. Both include the exact same Pro features. You can cancel at any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Yes. Cancel any time from your billing portal with no penalties. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, whether that's the month or the year, and then your account moves to Free. We don't refund a billing period you're already in.

No. Sign up with just your email address. A card is only required when you upgrade to Pro.

Your quotes, invoices, and customers are always yours — they're never deleted. Pro-only features (email sending, integrations, job costing, etc.) will become inaccessible, but all your existing records remain intact.
