Can I bill a remodel in stages?
Yes. On Pro, split the invoice into milestones that match the work, for example deposit, rough-ins, cabinets and counters, and final walkthrough. Each milestone becomes its own invoice when you’re ready to bill it.
How do I track subcontractor costs?
Add each sub’s price as a cost on the line it belongs to, so the quote’s margin accounts for it. On a project, add their actual bills as costs and compare quoted against actual.
Can I handle change orders?
Yes. On Pro, a project’s Change Orders tab lets you quote extra work as it comes up, so the project shows what changed and what it does to your totals.
Can my crew log their time?
Yes. In Field Mode your crew clocks in and out on their phones, and each shift’s labor cost is added to the project’s actual costs at that worker’s rate.
Will my client see my costs or margin?
No. Your costs and margin stay in the Internal Workshop. Quotes and invoices only show the prices you choose to show.
Is there a free plan for general contractors?
Yes. Unlimited quotes and invoices, PDF export and customer management are free, with no credit card. Pro is $15 a month, or $12 a month billed yearly.
