Can I turn a plumbing quote into an invoice?
Yes. When the customer accepts the quote, convert it to an invoice in one click. Every line item, price and note carries over, so nothing gets retyped.
Can I take a deposit before I order fixtures?
Yes. Split the invoice into a deposit and a balance, so the fixtures are paid for before you buy them. For bigger jobs like remodels and repipes, Pro adds milestone billing: bill in stages, for example deposit, rough-in and trim-out.
Can customers pay a plumbing invoice by card?
On Pro, connect Stripe and your invoices get a payment link. Customers pay by card from their phone, and the payment is recorded on the invoice automatically, as paid or as a partial payment.
Does QuoTrak chase late payments?
On Pro, QuoTrak can email the customer an overdue reminder on a schedule you choose, with the outstanding balance and the payment link. Reminders stop once the invoice is paid.
Can I bill maintenance contracts automatically?
Yes, with recurring invoices on Pro. Set one up for backflow testing, water heater servicing or any regular maintenance, and choose whether each invoice sends itself or waits for your review.
Will my customer see my costs or margin?
No. Your costs and margin stay in the Internal Workshop. Quotes and invoices only show the prices you choose to show.
