Can I take a deposit before I order equipment?
Yes. Split the invoice into a deposit and a balance, so the furnace or condenser is paid for before you order it. On Pro, milestones let you bill bigger installs in stages.
Can I bill maintenance plans automatically?

Can customers pay by card?
On Pro, connect Stripe and your invoices get a payment link. Customers pay by card from their phone, and the payment is recorded on the invoice automatically.
Will my customer see my costs or margin?
No. Your costs and margin stay in the Internal Workshop. Quotes and invoices only show the prices you choose to show.
